إيركايرو تدشن رحلاتها المباشرة إلى العاصمة اليونانية أثينا
استقبال رسمي متميز لوفد إيركايرو بمطار أثينا الدولي
في خطوة جديدة تعكس نجاح استراتيجية التوسع الإقليمي والدولي، دشنت شركة إير كايرو أولى رحلاتها الجوية المباشرة إلى العاصمة اليونانية أثينا، لتضيف وجهة أوروبية جديدة إلى شبكة خطوطها الدولية، في إطار خطط الشركة المستمرة لتعزيز الربط الجوي بين مصر والأسواق الخارجية، ودعم حركة السياحة والسفر ، حيث بدأت الشركة تشغيل رحلاتها المنتظمة على خط القاهرة – أثينا اعتبارًا من 24 يوليو الجاري، على أن تنطلق أولى رحلات خط الإسكندرية – أثينا اعتبارًا من 26 يوليوالحالي أيضا، بما يسهم في تلبية الطلب المتنامي على السفر بين البلدين، وتعزيز حركة السياحة والأعمال، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون الاقتصادي والسياحي بين مصر واليونان.
وشهد مطار أثينا الدولي استقبالًا رسميًا مميزًا لأولى رحلات إيركايرو، حيث نظمت سلطات المطار مراسم احتفالية بهذه المناسبة، بحضور عدد من كبار مسؤولي الطيران المدني والجهات المعنية بقطاع الطيران والسياحة في اليونان، في مشهد يعكس عمق العلاقات الثنائية والتعاون المتنامي بين البلدين.
في تعليق لها بهذه المناسبة، قالت السيدة يوانا بابادوبولو، مدير إدارة الاتصالات والتسويق بمطار أثينا الدولي:” يسعدنا في مطار أثينا الدولي أن نرحب بانضمام شركة إيركايرو إلى قائمة شركات الطيران العاملة بالمطار، وأن نحتفل اليوم مع شركائنا بإطلاق رحلاتها الجديدة التي تربط أثينا بكلٍ من القاهرة والإسكندرية. وتمثل هذه الخطوة إضافة مهمة لا تقتصر على تعزيز الربط الجوي بين اليونان ومصر فحسب، بل تؤكد أيضًا عمق العلاقات التاريخية والثقافية والاقتصادية التي تجمع البلدين.”
وأضافت:” ونرحب كذلك بخطط إيركايرو التوسعية المستقبلية لتشغيل رحلات مباشرة بين أثينا وكلٍ من الغردقة وشرم الشيخ، وهما من أبرز المقاصد السياحية على ساحل البحر الأحمر، الأمر الذي سيُسهم في توسيع خيارات السفر أمام المسافرين بين اليونان ومصر، سواء لأغراض الأعمال أو السياحة أو التبادل الثقافي، كما سيعزز مستويات الربط الجوي ويدعم نمو الحركة السياحية والتجارية، إلى جانب توثيق الروابط بين الشعبين الصديقين.”واختتمت تصريحها قائلة:” ونؤكد التزام مطار أثينا الدولي بدعم خطط النمو والتوسع التي تنفذها شركة إير كايرو في السوق اليونانية، ونتطلع إلى بناء شراكة طويلة الأمد تحقق النجاح والمنفعة المتبادلة للطرفين، وتسهم في تعزيز التعاون بين قطاعي الطيران والسياحة في كل من مصر واليونان
و قد ترأس وفد شركة إير كايرو السيد أحمد عزيز، رئيس القطاع التجاري، ممثلًا عن السيد حسين شريف، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب، حيث نقل خلال مراسم الاستقبال خالص الشكر والتقدير إلى سلطات الطيران المدني اليوناني وإدارة مطار أثينا الدولي على حفاوة الاستقبال والتنظيم المتميز الذي حظيت به أولى رحلات الشركة، مؤكدًا أن هذا التعاون يعكس الشراكة الوثيقة بين الجانبين ويشكل انطلاقة قوية لمسار جديد من التعاون في مجال النقل الجوي.
وفي تعليق له بهذه المناسبة، أعرب السيد حسين شريف، رئيس مجلس الإدارة والعضو المنتدب لشركة إيركايرو، عن بالغ تقديره لحفاوة الاستقبال التي حظيت بها الشركة في مطار أثينا الدولي، مشيدًا بالتعاون المثمر الذي أبدته سلطات الطيران المدني اليوناني وإدارة المطار، والذي يعكس روح الشراكة والثقة المتبادلة بين الجانبين.وأضاف شريف:
“نتوجه بخالص الشكر والتقدير إلى سلطات الطيران المدني اليوناني وإدارة مطار أثينا الدولي على حفاوة الاستقبال والتنظيم الراقي الذي صاحب تدشين أولى رحلات إيركايرو إلى أثينا، وهو ما يعكس مستوى التعاون المتميز بين البلدين. ويأتي إطلاق هذا الخط الجديد تأكيدًا على التزام إيركايرو بدعم العلاقات التاريخية والاستراتيجية التي تجمع مصر واليونان، وتعزيز الربط الجوي بينهما بما يخدم حركة السياحة والاستثمار والتبادل التجاري، ويدعم جهود الدولة المصرية في التوسع نحو الأسواق الإقليمية والدولية.” وأكد شريف أن الشركة تواصل تنفيذ خطتها التوسعية الطموحة، مشيرًا إلى أنه من المقرر خلال الأشهر القليلة المقبلة إطلاق رحلات مباشرة إلى العاصمة اليونانية أثينا من مدينتي الغردقة وشرم الشيخ، بما يعزز من حركة السياحة الوافدة إلى المقاصد السياحية المصرية، ويوفر خيارات سفر أكثر مرونة للمسافرين من الأسواق الأوروبية.
ويأتي تدشين هذه الخطوط الجديدة في إطار رؤية إيركايرو الرامية إلى دعم قطاع الطيران المدني المصري، وتعزيز مكانة مصر كمركز إقليمي للنقل الجوي والسياحة، إلى جانب الإسهام في زيادة الحركة السياحية الوافدة ودعم الاقتصاد الوطني، بما يتوافق مع استراتيجية الدولة المصرية للتوسع الإقليمي والدولي وتعزيز الربط الجوي مع الأسواق الواعدة.
حيث تواصل إيركايرو الاستثمار في توسيع شبكة خطوطها الدولية وتطوير خدماتها التشغيلية، بما يواكب النمو المتسارع في الطلب على السفر، ويعزز من مكانتها كواحدة من أسرع شركات الطيران المصرية نموًا في الأسواق الإقليمية والدولية.

AIRCAIRO Launches Direct Scheduled Services to Athens
Official Welcome Ceremony Held for AIRCAIRO Delegation at Athens International Airport
As part of its successful regional and international expansion strategy, AIRCAIRO has officially inaugurated its new direct scheduled services to Athens, Greece, adding another European destination to its growing international network. The new services reflect the airline’s ongoing commitment to strengthening air connectivity between Egypt and international markets while supporting tourism, business travel, and economic cooperation.
AIRCAIRO commenced scheduled operations on the Cairo \Athens route on 24 July, followed by the launch of Alexandria \Athens services on 26 July. The new routes are expected to meet the growing demand for travel between Egypt and Greece, further enhance tourism and business traffic, and create new opportunities for bilateral economic and tourism cooperation.
The inaugural AIRCAIRO flight to Athens International Airport received an official ceremonial welcome organized by the airport authorities. The event was attended by senior officials from the Hellenic Civil Aviation Authority, Athens International Airport, and representatives of the Greek aviation and tourism sectors, reflecting the strong and continuously growing partnership between Egypt and Greece.
